The IGE, prestigious Spanish Culinary School extends its network in Miami and opens a new platform providing education entirely over the Internet. The school, founded in Madrid in 1974, was influenced by a large group of awarded chefs like Genaro Pildaín, Juan Maria Arzak, and Patxi Bericua.
